Hi I am Sarah, Personal Trainer, Womens Body Confidence and Self Worth Coach.

With over 25 years in the wellness industry, I’ve supported thousands of women to transform not just their health, but their entire relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. I know what it’s like to feel stuck! I’ve walked my own weight loss journey in my 20s, 30s and then one that shifted completely again as I stepped into my 40s.

After thousands of hours of personal development, studying food psychology, human connection, and mindset, I’ve created a holistic approach that actually works because it works with you, not against you.
