I have over 25 years of experience in the wellness field being a personal trainer and health coach. I have invested thousands of hours in developing my own knowledge through Personal Development workshops, studying food psychology, attending retreats, events and studying books for over 25 years. I have also had my own weight loss journey over the years that helps give you the best chance for success.
Over the years I have witnessed that my clients and myself for that matter are much more successful with regular contact and accountability. I promise you it’s not the fact you haven’t found the right eating or workout plan.
