What You Need to Know ...
Flights: Participants arrange their own travel to and from Alice Springs, Northern Territory
Mini-bus transport will take you everywhere on the retreat
Accommodation: 7 nights of camping in and around the National Park: Alice Springs | Rainbow Valley | Uluru | Kata Tjuta | Kings Canyon | Glen Helen Gorge
Food: We will operate a camp kitchen and provide the main evening meal (vegetarian). Cacao powder and an assortment of teas, honey and milks are provided.
Not included in the retreat cost, but supermarket stops will be available for breakfast, lunch, snacks and water.
Optional Upgrade: Attendees can upgrade at their own cost to cabins instead of camping. Or eat out at the discovery park eateries.
Fasting/Intermittent Fasting: To maintain your energy and high vibration, we recommend periods of fasting or intermittent fasting during the retreat. The Cacao we provide is super for breakfast and is energising and sustaining.
